24-hour reception and concierge service

Our hotel offers a 24-hour reception service for our guests. For any requests or questions, please call reception at extension 0, or feel free to speak to our staff in person.

Accessibility

Our hotel is also suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Specially designed rooms are available for booking. Access to the reception level is provided by a lift, and movement within the hotel is facilitated by a panoramic lift. The accessible rooms feature wide doors (width: 100 cm), spacious interiors, and bathrooms usable with wheelchairs. The hotel’s common areas, dining room, and spa also comply with legal regulations.

Linen and towel change

Bed linen is changed every three days. If you would like a daily change, please call reception at extension 0, or feel free to speak to our staff in person. The charge for a full daily linen change is: 10 EUR.

Towels are changed daily if you request it. To do this, activate the „Towel change” function on the in-room tablet, under the „Housekeeping” menu.

If you need shoe polish or a shoehorn, please inform reception – we provide them free of charge.

Our shoe shining machine is located on the ground floor of the hotel, next to the reception.

Luggage assistance

If you need assistance with your luggage, please call Reception at extension 0 – our colleague will be happy to help.

Electricity

All our rooms are equipped with 230 Volt sockets.

If you need a converter, phone charger, or adapter, you can request one at Reception – a deposit is required.

Umbrella

Umbrellas can be requested at Reception and are provided with a deposit. In case of loss, your room bill will be charged 30 EUR.

Wake-up call

To use this service, activate the „Wake me up” function on the in-room tablet.

Check-in, Check-out

Please vacate your room by 11:00 AM on the day of departure, so that the next guests can check in from 3:00 PM.

If you wish to remain in your room after the check-out time, please inform reception. You can extend your stay free of charge until 12:00 PM. Between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, the late check-out fee is 30 EUR.

If you depart later, we will store your luggage free of charge in our luggage room.

Movie service

Netflix, Prime, and YouTube apps are available on all TVs; a personal account is required for use.

Please do not save your password and log out of your account before leaving the room.

The hotel is not responsible for accounts left logged in.

Bathrobe and slippers

Bathrobes and slippers are provided free of charge.

To request, please activate the „I would like a robe” option on the in-room tablet under the „Housekeeping” menu, or inform reception in person.

Please indicate your Wellness & Spa needs at extension 0 or in person at reception. Our colleagues will be happy to heat the sauna to your desired temperature and prepare the steam cabin.

Bathroom amenities

You will find shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion provided in the bathroom. Other toiletries (razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton swabs, shower cap) can be requested free of charge at reception.

Cot, Baby bath, High chair

For little ones and grown-ups – so everyone feels good. Every guest is important to us – even the smallest ones! We want to make parents’ relaxation easier and ensure children’s comfort.

Power adapters suitable for international use, as well as adapters for charging various electronic devices, can be requested at reception – a deposit is required.

Internet access:

Our hotel provides secure internet access for guests, and VPN usage is also available. You will find the password in the SmartBook folder in your room.

Please always log out of your accounts on hotel devices after use to protect your personal data. The hotel is not responsible for misuse.

Please note that hacking smart devices or attempting to do so is considered a criminal offense.

Beverage service in the bar and lobby

The hotel bar is located on the reception level and is open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Our drink menu includes soft drinks, waters, alcoholic beverages, sparkling wines, and wines from the Juhász Brothers Winery in Egerszalók.

Ticket booking:

We are connected with several Budapest program offices, e.g., Hop-on Hop-off, RiverRide, Széchenyi Bath, etc. For ticket booking and further information, please call Reception at extension 0!

Bicycle rental:

City Mol Bubi bicycles can also be rented at the end of the pedestrian street in front of the hotel (15 meters from the hotel).

“Please do not disturb!” or “Don’t disturb” sign

If you do not wish to be disturbed, please activate the „Don’t disturb” function on the in-room tablet. Daily cleaning will not be performed while this signal is active.

When you no longer wish to use this function, please deactivate it on the tablet, or inform reception in person, or by calling extension “0”.

Environmental protection

The protection of nature and society is of paramount importance to us. We use energy- and water-saving devices, sort waste selectively, purchase from local suppliers, and work with environmentally friendly cleaning products.

We support minimal paper usage and, in this spirit, are advocates of digital newspapers. You can browse your favorite daily newspapers at your leisure on the touchscreen display located in the lobby.

Please also support our efforts by not changing your towels every day – this reduces detergent use and protects our natural waters. For sustainability reasons, shower caps are not included in our services, but can be provided upon request at reception.

Air conditioning and heating

Please be informed that all rooms and indoor areas of our hotel are equipped with air conditioning systems, air filters, and air quality monitoring devices to ensure fresh and clean air for our guests at all times.

Room windows cannot be opened, but you can individually control the temperature using the in-room tablet.

Simply enter the „Room temperature” menu and select your desired temperature. If you need assistance, please contact our reception staff in person or at extension 0.

Escape route

You will find the Escape Route on the hotel map displayed on your room door. The emergency exit closest to your room is also indicated there. In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions described in the escape plan.

If you wish to consume items beyond the minibar’s current contents, please activate the „Mini bar fill up” function on the in-room tablet in the „House keeping” menu, or inform reception of your request by calling extension 0.

We provide parking facilities for our guests upon request in an open-air car park, located just 150 meters from the hotel.

We will store your luggage free of charge at reception until you return to the hotel.

Other messages arriving at reception will be forwarded directly to your room.

Forgotten and found items in the hotel can also be mailed if the guest transfers the pre-agreed postage cost to the provided account number in advance. We are unable to send packages with cash on delivery.

Room service: Our room service is available daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Lunch and dinner: can be ordered from excellent nearby restaurants; our receptionists will assist you with your choice. We will deliver the food to your room, and the charges will be added to your room bill. You can place your room service order by dialing ‘0’ or at the reception.

Airport, Transfer and Flight Information

Our colleagues will gladly assist you with flight information, booking, or modifying flight tickets.

To request transfer service, please dial 0 and arrange it at the reception.

The journey between the hotel and Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport takes approximately 50 minutes. Please account for city traffic, weather, holidays, and events to ensure a timely arrival.

In case of an early departure, activate the „Wake me up” function on your in-room tablet so our colleagues can provide a wake-up call.

Dry cleaning, ironing and laundry

Our hotel provides laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing services for its guests from Monday to Friday. To use the service, please drop off your clothes at the reception by 9:00 AM. Finished clothes can generally be collected within 24 hours. Ironing service can be provided upon request – if possible – even within 1 hour.

Sauna and Steam Cabin

In our wellness area, a Finnish sauna, steam cabin, and tepidarium are available to our guests daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Slippers and bathrobes can be requested via the in-room tablet by activating the „I would like a robe” function. Please do not take the in-room towels; we provide separate towels for the wellness area. In case of missing towels, a compensation fee will be charged.

Children under 14 years old may only use the sauna and steam cabin with adult supervision.

Please inquire about the wellness opening hours at the reception. Our colleagues will gladly heat the sauna to your desired temperature and prepare the steam cabin.

Safe at the reception

The use of the central safe is free of charge. Please note that we can only take responsibility for valuables placed in the safes located at the Reception.

Room inventory

Our Room Inventory list has been attached to all Guest Information guides, detailing all equipment by quantity.

Please review the inventory list and report any discrepancies to our Reception.

In-room safe

Everyone can use the in-room safe with their own individual code. For setup, please follow the instructions on top of the safe. The hotel does not take responsibility for valuables left in the room or the safe. Free safe usage is also available at the reception.

  • An automatic fire alarm system operates in the hotel.
  • In case of fire, follow the escape route located on your room door and the emergency exits indicated on the hotel map.

  3. Leave the room calmly but quickly.
  4. Do not use the elevator.
