24-hour reception and concierge service<\/b><\/p>

Our hotel offers a 24-hour reception service for our guests. For any requests or questions, please call reception at extension 0, or feel free to speak to our staff in person. <\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Accessibility<\/b><\/p>

Our hotel is also suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Specially designed rooms are available for booking. Access to the reception level is provided by a lift, and movement within the hotel is facilitated by a panoramic lift. The accessible rooms feature wide doors (width: 100 cm), spacious interiors, and bathrooms usable with wheelchairs. The hotel’s common areas, dining room, and spa also comply with legal regulations. <\/span><\/p>

Linen and towel change<\/b><\/p>

Bed linen is changed every three days. If you would like a daily change, please call reception at extension 0, or feel free to speak to our staff in person. The charge for a full daily linen change is: 10 EUR. <\/span><\/p>

Towels are changed daily if you request it. To do this, activate the <\/span>\u201eTowel change\u201d<\/b> function on the in-room tablet, under the <\/span>\u201eHousekeeping\u201d<\/b> menu. <\/span> <\/p>

Our shoe shining machine is located on the ground floor of the hotel, next to the reception.<\/span><\/p>

Electricity<\/b><\/p>

All our rooms are equipped with 230 Volt sockets.<\/span><\/p>

If you need a converter, phone charger, or adapter, you can request one at Reception \u2013 a deposit is required.<\/span><\/p>

Umbrella<\/b><\/p>

Umbrellas can be requested at Reception and are provided with a deposit. In case of loss, your room bill will be charged 30 EUR. <\/span><\/p>

Wake-up call<\/b><\/p>

Check-in, Check-out<\/b><\/p>

Please vacate your room by 11:00 AM on the day of departure, so that the next guests can check in from 3:00 PM.<\/span><\/p>

If you wish to remain in your room after the check-out time, please inform reception. You can extend your stay free of charge until 12:00 PM. Between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, the late check-out fee is 30 EUR. <\/span><\/p>

If you depart later, we will store your luggage free of charge in our luggage room.<\/span><\/p>

Movie service<\/b><\/p>

Netflix, Prime, and YouTube apps are available on all TVs; a personal account is required for use.<\/span><\/p>

Please do not save your password and log out of your account before leaving the room.<\/span><\/p>

The hotel is not responsible for accounts left logged in.<\/span><\/p>

Bathrobe and slippers<\/b><\/p>

Bathrobes and slippers are provided free of charge.<\/span><\/p>

To request, please activate the <\/span>\u201eI would like a robe\u201d<\/b> option on the in-room tablet under the <\/span>\u201eHousekeeping\u201d <\/b>menu, or inform reception in person.<\/span><\/p>

Please indicate your Wellness & Spa request by dialing 0 or in person at the reception. Our colleagues will gladly heat the sauna to your desired temperature and prepare the steam cabin. <\/span><\/p>

Bathroom amenities<\/b><\/p>

You will find shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion provided in the bathroom. Other toiletries (razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton swabs, shower cap) can be requested free of charge at reception. <\/span><\/p>

Cot, Baby bath, High chair<\/b><\/p>

For little ones and grown-ups \u2013 so everyone feels good. Every guest is important to us \u2013 even the smallest ones! We want to make parents’ relaxation easier and ensure children’s comfort. <\/span><\/p>
